This week we are joined by Carly Bascom from the New England Healing Sports Association. Carly joins us to talk about adaptive sports and how listeners can support the organization. In addition to this segment we will have updates on flooding in the White Mountains and some advice on how to monitor river flow as part of your weather assessment while planning hikes.
