This week, we are joined by Jenn Kunze who is going to share her tale of spending time living and working as a sous chef at McMurdo Station in Antarctica for 6 months. Jen spent the fall of 2023 through March of 2024 down in Antartica and got to experience a bunch of cool adventures while at McMurdo. We will learn a little about her background and she will tell some stories about what it takes to live in one of the most remote areas of the world.
