This week we are joined by hiker extraordinaire, Shawn Mahoney. Shawn is known as the crazy guy who hikes with one of the biggest hiking celebrities in the region - Larry The Log. Shawn has been hiking with his 30 lbs log across all the northeast's highest peaks and they even completed the Appalachian trail this year. Shawn will talk about carrying Larry, we will dig into his experience hiking in NH and we will dive into the Appalachian trail. All this and some recent search and rescue news.
